Import from Billing Boss to Simply Accounting

Using Simply Accounting 2010 Accountants edition.   I have set up a new client, who is starting to use Billing boss.   I linked to her invitation, exported her invoice to a csv file, but cannot import it into Simply.    Any suggestions?
