Cover letter (email) sent with invoices

I have three issues with the cover letter (email), sent with invoices:

 

1. The sentence:
"Here is the invoice from Xyz Inc." 

is not shown in the draft of the letter, yet it is always inserted at the front.

 

2. All text is strung into a single paragraph, ignoring whatever new lines were input by the user. Now  that I have seen the actual email sent, I know to insert blank lines, but how many, and where? We should not have to guess.

 

As a general request: for such an important item that projects my business image, please show me exactly what is going to be sent, and allow me to edit it, if I want to. Otherwise, I am not in control of my invoices and my image - you are.

 

3. Finally, it would be nice if we were able to save the text of the cover letter as a template.
